Send a text to 751-6116 after you’ve pulled up to the front of the store. Please include your last name, order number and the license plate no. of your vehicle. An associate will then bring your items out to the vehicle. Please pick up your order anytime over the next 4 days.

DELIVERY

The minimum order to qualify for delivery is $2000 TT. Once you qualify, please select the delivery option upon checkout. 

You will receive an email indicating a tracking number associated with your order.

You will need the order number from your confirmation email and a photo I.D.

Buy Online, Pick Up Curbside or in Store allows you to shop, purchase online and pick up your order from our physical storefront without the wait or crowd contact. With Buy Online, Pick Up Curbside or In Store you can shop whenever, wherever you want while keeping safe! 

On the product page, add the item to your cart. Complete your order by checking out. You will receive an “Order Confirmation” e-mail once the order is received by your store. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive a “Ready for Pickup” e-mail. Follow the e-mail instructions to go to the store and pick up your order.

You will receive another e-mail to tell you certain items in your order are not able to be fulfilled by our store. At that time, you have a choice to either cancel the whole order or go to the store and pick up the items are available.

In addition to yourself, you are able to list one other person allowed to pick up your order. The person who comes to pick up simply needs to bring the order number and a photo I.D.

You have 4 days to pick up your order once you receive the “Ready for Pickup” e-mail.

Your order will be automatically canceled after 4 days from the day your order is confirmed. You will not be charged for anything if you don’t pick up your order.

Once you place an order online, you cannot modify it. But you can make changes to your order at your in person at your store.

Yes. You can cancel your order at any time from the moment you place your online order. To do so, go online to your Account Page and click “Cancel” on the order you want to cancel.
